Your credit card deposit is processed at the time of booking. ** Sorry but we do not have accommodations for pets. ** Reservation Policy A deposit equal to 50% of you stay is required to confirm a reservation. For 1 night only, full payment in advance is required. Any balance is due upon arrival. Full payment is expected when making reservations within 14 days of expected arrival. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure. Cancellation Policy There is a $20 handling fee for all cancellations. Your deposit will be returned, minus the $20 cancellation fee, provided we are notified at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival date. Weddings and Reservations for the entire Inn require 30 days notification of cancellation or deposit will be forfeited. We will return your deposit, minus the $20 cancellation fee, with less than 14 days notice, if we are able to re- book your room. |
